Our Winter and Summer Safaris are led by a wildlife biologist with years of experience guiding in Yellowstone. During the Winter we will focus on wolf watching, viewing moose, bison, elk, coyote, etc. We will depart your accommodations and head towards Yellowstone’s northern range, undoubtedly one of the prime wildlife viewing spots in the world, it harbors impressive bison herds, wolf packs, and meandering bears. Visitors are likely to depart from the park’s northern lands with at least one, if not more, checks on their wildlife card. Wild and pristine. Weather permitting we will stop to take fun family friendly hike or two to a secluded lake or waterfall. Mid way through the tour we will stop for lunch at a scenic area. Time permitting we will walk the boardwalks of Mammoth Hot Springs. Hot coco and coffee is provided!

3 Hour Paddle We begin our 3 hour paddle of the West Thumb Geyser basin at 8:30 AM. We will traverse 3 miles of wilderness with the opportunity to view active geyser features along the way. Paddling along the shoreline allows for the best wildlife viewing opportunities. Elk are often spotted in Grant Village and sometimes other mammals such as bears and wolves frequent the lake area. A variety of bird species are spotted daily and the water is clear enough to see the native Cutthroat Trout as big as your arm if you're lucky enough. 😉 The fish can get quite large in Yellowstone Lake.

On this tour we will put your group in the best position to safely view wildlife. For lunch we will stop at a secluded and scenic location for a provided picnic style lunch from a local bakery. On this tour we will navigate the park as best we can without interacting with other tourists because we are going to Hidden Yellowstone!
