Tours & Activities in Cambridge
IMPORTANT: Please leave a phone number when booking. We begin our tours at Market Hill, which we will walk for 2 hours through the beautiful streets of Cambridge. We will visit several colleges such as Kings College, Pembroke College. Queens College, Gonville and Caiuss, Trinity College, St John's College. We also pass famous places such as the Adlerkneipe, the Mathematical Bridge, the University Library and much more. I will try to summarize 2000 years of history in 2 hours in a way that you will remember. It will be interesting, fun and different. The free walking tours do not include the fees that some colleges charge to visit, but I will share tips on how to visit them for FREE. I can't wait to see you guys 😉

Are you passionate about history or are you simply curious about the past? Well, I share your passion and am excited to take you on one of my tours.
During our journey, you will have the opportunity to explore the hill beneath which lies the origin of Cambridge and the original location of the " Bridge over the Cam " (Cambridge) from the time when the Roman legions were stationed here. You will see the iconic gates of St. John's College and Trinity College (the rivals, the rich, the prestigious). If possible, we will also enter the beautiful paddocks of Trinity College.
As we continue, you will be fascinated by the beautiful King's College Chapel, in the famous corner of the Backs, and I will share the intriguing stories of its connection to the Wars of the Roses . You will see the legendary mathematical bridge and learn how it became a symbol of Cambridge. You will also learn about a strange clock and a pub that somehow has left its mark on our modern world. You will understand what colleges are and explore why these unique institutions exist.
This 90- to 100-minute journey promises both knowledge and enjoyment. Be prepared for a 1.4 mile (2.4 km) walk, neither sluggish nor idle, and in case of rain, expect puddles, especially in the Backs area. Please note that access to facilities is not guaranteed, so I recommend using restrooms before the tour begins.

Important: This tour is pet friendly and almost every part of the route is wheelchair accessible.
