Come and sample some of our award winning wines at three boutique vineyards, whilst soaking up the beautiful scenery along the way. We specialise in small group tours, which allows us to drop you right at the vineyard entrances. All tastings and lunch reservations are pre-booked, so no queuing, no disappointments when the vineyards are fully booked for walk-ins. Discover Waiheke’s Eastern End on this small group tour and escape the summer crowds. This tour operates daily from 1st Nov - 30th April and visits some of the lesser known 'off the beaten track' venues, tasting local beer, wine & gin.

Experience the twin headlands of Matiatia and Church Bay on Waiheke Island, walking in a small group with an expert local guide. This walk consists of two parts, with lunch in between. Sometimes we do the northern route first, and sometimes the southern. Why is that? Well, we often need to work around the tides! Northern route (approx 2 hours): We’ll walk around the Matiatia headland and past Owhanake Bay, enjoying beautiful views of the Hauraki Gulf Islands, Great Barrier Island and Coromandel Peninsula. You’ll spot sea birds, native plants and, if you’re lucky, orcas or dolphins. We’ll stop for lunch at Oneroa Village. You can eat in one of the local cafes or have a picnic on the beach with food you’ve purchased or brought with you. Southern route (approx 2 hours): We’ll walk through Pio Rehutai Reserve and around the Church Bay headland through a sculpture park and a stunning bush reserve. We’ll pass hidden coves and amazing homes, as we enjoy view of the city and sea.

This spectacular walk has a little bit of everything – bush, beach, headlands and vineyards. We start with a walk through restored and regenerating bush up to the headland for some breathtaking views of the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. We continue through lush, established bush tracks and rolling hills, where you’ll enjoy lovely views of valleys, vineyards and the sea. There’s time for wine tasting and/or lunch at two of Waiheke’s best-loved vineyards – Mudbrick Vineyard or Cable Bay Vineyards – with tasting options to suit all budgets.

Explore the Historic Fort on North Head in Devonport one of Auckland's most treasured historic reserves on this 2½ hour guided Segway Tour. You'll be God-smacked by the spectacular views both built and natural from the summit of this volcanic cone and you'll explore the historic Fort of the 1880's. As you tour the Fort, the streets of the Victorian village, the beaches and parks you'll learn the history both Maori and European from your local tour guide. With a maximum of 6 people per tour your guide will spend one to one time with you teaching you to ride a Segway and you'll have plenty of time to practice before you leave on the tour. Every day of the week, you have 3 scheduled times to choose from in the Summer and 2 scheduled times to choose from in the Winter months.  Being a small historic seaside village with stunning views, a quiet charming atmosphere and lots of open spaces it's one of the best locations anywhere in the world for a Segway Tour.

Waiheke Island is an artsy and creative place. On this tour you’ll discover the best of its arts scene, and meet talented artists, with the help of an expert local guide. Here's just some of what we'll do: Visit art galleries in Oneroa, including an artists’ collective and the Community Art Gallery. Tour the local sculpture park and learn about this intriguing array of outdoor art. Visit sculptors and painters in their studios - and even get to meet an artisan shoemaker! Have lunch (included in the price) at an artist's home. Walk through the Atawhai-Whenua Forest & Bird Reserve to the Ferry Terminal or Community Gallery where we finish. Our Art Walk takes approximately five hours and is done at a very leisurely pace so you can enjoy both the art and the scenery around you. This tour takes in all that Waiheke has to offer while also getting you off the beaten tourist trail. To truly understand our land is to understand it through the eyes of us, the indigenous people. You will be greeted by your local guide at the wharf upon your arrival. First is an orientation around Waiheke taking in stunning sea views of the Hauraki Gulf, Auckland City and the Pacific Ocean. If you're curious about what it's like to ride a Segway then this ride is for you.  It's designed to teach you how to ride and give you plenty of time to practice before heading off around the village to take in the sights of Devonport, Auckland's historic seaside village.  You'll ride around the Waterfront to Cheltenham beach where you will have a superb view of the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island which, at only 650 years old, is our youngest volcanic cone rising majestically out of the Gulf.  There will be plenty of opportunities to take some great photos of the scenery and of course of you on a Segway.  As you return to our base on Devonport Wharf you'll have a chance to put the Segway through its paces as you ride up hill and down dale through the back streets of the village where you can admire the beautifully restored Victorian villas.

The Devonport Explorer is a great way to discover Auckland being one of its oldest suburbs with arguably the best City skyline and Harbour Views. You will discover our Maori and European history along with its geology. This tour will fit many itineraries with ferry crossing from downtown only 15 minutes allowing flexibility along with coach and harbour travel. Within an hour and 15 minutes you can be standing on two Volcanic cones with commanding views overlooking Heritage homes built from native Kauri Timber. Discover why the locals describe this destination as close enough but far enough away. View skyline features a passing cruise liner and then in minutes a tranquil North Shore Beach. You will be met by your guide at Pier 2 where the ferries for Waiheke Island depart from downtown. The trip to the island through the beautiful Hauraki Gulf takes around 35 mins aboard a large “Fullers”ferry that has bar and refreshment facilities onboard. Take a scenic Tour around to the northern side of the Island taking in Oneroa Beach, Palm Bay picturesque Onetangi Beach. On the island you will visit and enjoy premium tastings at three vineyards with a choice from Mudbrick Vineyard, Stonyridge, Cable Bay, Obsidian, Tantalus and Te Motu. Sample award winning Olive Oil from Rangihoua Olive growers. Their oils have made it into the Flos Ole’ Italian guide of the world’s best Olive Oils. An hour and a quarter is located to take lunch a restaurant at your own expense. Lunch is not included in the tariff but we can recommend or arrange a reservation at Mudbrick Vineyard Bistro, Cable Bay, Tantalus or other cafe to suit your budget. We return on the 4.00pm Ferry to downtown Auckland.

Our accredited nature and forest therapy guide will lead your group through a series of invitations to deliberately slow down, and to become present and mindful, while gently walking in a beautiful location. Te Ara Hura is a 100km-long walking track that takes you right around Waiheke Island. Our standard guided walk takes five days, in 15–25km segments. We can, however, customise this walk to shorten the segments, or to complete the walk in just four days.
