We will take a tour into the origins of this magical town Zacatlán de las Manzanas, Puebla Mexico. As well as important information about history, culture, gastronomy, crafts and legends. We will learn about the importance of the apple fair, which is dedicated to the Virgin of LA ASUNCIÓN, patron saint of fruit growers.

We will be in the Ranch where Alberto Olvera was born and grew up and where he built the first monumental clock in America, knowing his way of living and thinking with documents drawings and manuscripts of that time, as well as books and documents since the middle of the 18th century.
