This experience will not only allow you to carry in your luggage back home the satisfaction of having been part of the preparation of 3 types of pasta with your own hands, but also to have learned techniques and tricks that you can put into practice to delight your family and friends on their way home. The experience includes the preparation of 3 types of fresh pasta: Orecchiette, Tagliatelle and a stuffed egg pasta, but the experience does not end here, for each type of pasta we will prepare a sauce/dressing for an explosion of flavor. The art of making the orecchiette (our traditional pasta) is part of a ritual made also of soil and wind, a time in the countryside, slowly spent for preparing our lunch collecting wild herbs, fruits, tomatoes, melons and all that our organic garden seasonaly produce.The same slow time lived by our grandmothers to prepare the daily lunch for all the family. At home, a pastry board, the flour and the wind will be the simple ingredients to make our Orecchiette. We will learn to do this particular pasta, its variations and many other secrets will be revealed. We will then partecipate to prepare meat sauce, vegetables and cheese and all necessary for lunch. We will taste all our preparations.

You will taste both fresh and seasoned cheeses, typical cold cuts and much more... all in complete relaxation. An experience that will make you learn about the history of a small farm and its great craftsmanship! The visit is usually carried out in English, in order to find a common language for our guests, but you can ask for some explanations in French, since our guide speaks French too. As the activity takes place on a farm and partially outdoors, it is advisable to wear closed shoes and suitable clothes for outer temperatures. Pets are welcome, except for the visit inside the mozzarella factory; we inform you that there are some pets on the farm.

A slow and pleasant journey aboard our Tuk Tuks along the path of the ancient Romans, along the Via Traiana. The experience will be a real historical re-enactment starting from the medieval village - where its history will be briefly explained - and will then extend towards the farms where the millenary olive trees of Puglia are present. You will have the opportunity to learn about the history of planting and the origin of the milling techniques, explained by our drivers.
