The tour is a great way to learn about Indian Culture and to discover the city’s colourful History from the founding of the State, through the Indian Ruler Kings.
I cover the most important sights through stories and fun facts, but also go off the beaten track to discover some hidden gems!
I will talk about the do’s and dont’s in Jaipur, while I will also recommend where and what to eat and drink.

Jaipur, founded in 1727 CE, has quietly thrived over the last 300 years, becoming a vibrant hub for art and culture. The city's peaceful history has allowed various cultures and art forms to blend, creating Jaipur's unique identity. Our tour will explore 8-9 key sites that showcase this cultural diversity, heritage, and artistic evolution.
We’ll begin at the Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century astronomical marvel, followed by the grand City Palace, a stunning fusion of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Next, we'll admire the iconic Hawa Mahal, known for its intricate façade, before delving into the vibrant old markets where Jaipur’s local culture and traditional crafts come alive.
Our journey continues with a visit to the Govind Dev Ji Temple, the oldest temple in Jaipur, offering insights into the city’s spiritual heritage. A special experience awaits with a 250-year-old camera, where you can have your photo taken while wearing a traditional Rajasthani turban.
Throughout the tour, I’ll share stories about Jaipur's paintings, dance forms, architecture, and cuisine, illustrating how they have evolved over time. We’ll conclude at the Albert Hall Museum, a treasure trove of art that encapsulates Jaipur’s artistic legacy. The city is divided into nine blocks and surrounded by a 12 km long fortification wall with nine gates.
We will cover all the major places and I would be happy to suggest to you the best places to eat and shop.
The tour will start from a very famous cinema hall called Raj Mandir.
We will go through the electronic market and enter in to the old city of Jaipur.
We will pass through the market named Indira bazaar which is basically the market for clothes.
After Indira bazaar, we will go through the sculpturist market and enter the Chandpole market.
In the Chandpole market, We will experience local shopping and visit chandpole gate which is the western gate of the old city of Jaipur.
From Chandpole gate we will pass through spices market and dry fruit markets.
We will reach at Chhoti Chaupar.
At chhoti chaupar, the flower market, Spice market and natural perfume shops are popular.
After chhoti chaupar we will enter into Lacquer bangles market.
We will go through the saree market which is called Lalji sand ka rasta.
Now we will walk through the books market where all college books are available and the quilts and blanket market too.
The street is called Chaura Rasta.
At chaura Rasta we can have a cup of tea or masala tea which is very popular tea shop.
After a cup of tea, we will go through the local snacks market and enter in to Zohri bazaar.
There is very old sweet shop since 1727 called Laxmi Mishthan Bhandar.
You may experience sweets at LMB.
The next destination is Bapu Bazaar which is very colorful and clothes Market.
Then passing through Nehru bazaar will enter on the very popular street called M. I. Road where we have an Indian Coffee House a chain of South Indian restaurants all over India.
The tour will end at the same point from where we started.

After our market adventure, we'll head over to the stunning Wind Palace, where we can enjoy a refreshing cup of chai right in front of this iconic landmark. Here, we'll delve into the fascinating history of the palace and its architectural marvels.
Next, we’ll visit the Govind Dev Ji Temple, where we'll learn about its spiritual significance and the legends associated with this revered site. After that, we’ll take a stroll through the lively flower market, discovering the history of floral traditions in the region.
