In José Martí Park , the heart of the historic center of Cienfuegos, you will learn about the founding process of the city , the only one founded by French immigrants in Cuba at the beginning of the 19th century. This is a magical place where we can admire and learn about the heritage values ​​and the majesty of the buildings, especially the Government Palace, the Tomas Terry Theater and the Cathedral, jewels of Cienfuegos colonial architecture.
Subsequently, we will visit the “Benny Moré” Cultural Arts Center and enjoy different art and photography exhibitions after visiting galleries and personal workshops of local artists. We will end the tour at the Muelle Real , a place bathed by the waters of the sea, and where the visitor will have the option to enjoy different traditional drinks and we will be able to talk about a topic of common interest.

this tour starts in the point of el prado going through the boulevard and going to see the foundation starting point of the city and its "José Martí" Square and its buildings then we go to la Punta to see the amazing buildings there and the famous "palacio de Valle" let's know about 200 years of our history!

Historic Center and Punta Gorda

In 3 hours I will be happy to show you the Historic Center of my city , declared a World Heritage Site.🏛️ and the main attractions of Punta Gorda.

Fernandina de Jagua: Culture, Legends, Myths and Tradiciones

Cienfuegos is undoubtedly an enchanting city, a muse for musicians and poets. The city and its historic center are more than unique architecture, remarkable cleanliness and beautifully restored emblematic buildings. It is its sea, its history, its simple people proud to have a beautiful and well preserved city with its traditions and legends.

The tour is designed to visit Cienfuegos from the old to the modern. The tour begins at the Muelle Real (Royal Pier), a place where travelers from different parts of the world used to arrive in the past in old sailing ships. Then we will take the Santa Isabel promenade to reach the central park, a street where visitors and merchandise moved to and from the city's commercial area in colonial times. In the park you will learn about the main buildings that surround it and its monuments, you can also take a break to chat in the shade of a tree in the park or enjoy a drink or coffee if you wish in a bohemian atmosphere and surrounded by history. The tour continues along the Boulevard; the main commercial artery of the city and the place where you can enjoy the daily life of its inhabitants. I will pick you up at the statue of Benny Moré in the Prado and I will walk with you through the main streets of my city, where you will be in contact with Cuban and local culture. We will visit the city center, where we will see the most important places and take photos, we will visit the La Unión hotel and on its terrace you will have a panoramic view of the city. I will briefly tell you everything about the founding of the city, its benefactors and main characters from the past and present, we will visit the Cathedral and the different buildings that surround Plaza José Marti We will go to an art gallery and have a tasty Cuban coffee (the guide invites), we will enter a pharmacy and I will tell you about the Cuban health system, we will visit the artisan market where you can buy works of art made by local artists, we will go to the Market Square where the locals buy their food, and I will take you to a electronic equipment repair workshop. If you like Cuban music, we will sit in the Terry Patio to rest and tell you about the activities that take place there. In this interactive tour you will enjoy our architecture, history, culture, sports, customs and traditions of my town and country. The tour ends at the Muelle Real (Piña Colada) and we will visit the Engraving Workshop and the Artists' Workshop where you can see the best visual artists of Cienfuegos at work. The tour times are at 9.30 am and then at 3.30 pm in ENGLISH and SPANISH as the walker prefers at both times. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours. That is why this tour that I propose is a combination of the above elements, and a unique experience to learn about the Gastronomic and Commercial values of our City of Bahia.



At the appointed time we will meet at the Benny Statue, beginning the tour along Paseo Del Parado touching on some curiosities and topics of Cienfuegos to become familiar with the city on the way to one of its most emblematic bars "El Colinial" where the client will learn to prepare their own most Cuban drink "la canchanchara" and we will discuss its origin and why it is one of the most Cuban drinks.

Then we go to the ZK bar, where we will delve into the commercial movement in Cienfuegos transmitted by the owner of the place, where he will explain how he became one of the most successful people in Cienfuegos through this commercial and gastronomic movement.

At night we will add a bit of art and culture, adding a cultural number or a pencil portrait of one of the local artists, or some small basic salsa classes.

We would close the night with dinner, Casa Prado Restaurant with live music, where food and music combine with great style and quality.
