We focus on fine wine experiences at beautiful cellar doors with friendly owners and winemakers. We can create private tours taking into account your wish list and wine preferences in our small bus or in our luxury Mercedes convertible. Relax, join us behind the scenes, meet the winemakers, artisan producers and chefs and taste their stunning creations. This tour is designed taking into account where possible, the interests and passions of the guests and the seasons. Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell, carefully creates each bon bon exclusively for Passel Estate, finding the right spices, textural elements and flavours to complement each accompanying wine. Her delicate creations are not the typical chocolates and are available only at our Tasting Room as part of our guided Wine & Food pairing experience.

This hidden gem tour is a stripped-back real-life view of a working winery hosted by Nigel, our Winemaker. Nigel is the man to take you on a journey of wine like no other. The curtain will lift and you will be exposed to some incredible wines and winemaking insights. The wine range is exceptional and the accolades prove this.
