Begin your journey to Glass Gorge at the Wadna Shop, where you will meet your guide and experience a Welcome to Country smoking ceremony. Then, drive your own vehicle in a tag-along convoy to the tour site. Enjoy a private guided 45-minute walk through a picturesque creek bed to Glass Gorge. This tranquil walk is not just a passage through nature, but a step back in time, as you tread paths woven in tradition. Admire the Glass Gorge cultural site, renowned for its ancient Petroglyphs, telling timeless tales of the Adnyamathanha people. Discover scar trees and artefacts, each with its own unique story, offering a glimpse into traditional practices and daily life. You will encounter various types of bush tucker along the way. After immersing yourself in the cultural site, enjoy the walk back to your vehicles and drive back to the Wadna Shop. Conclude the tour with a special gift of bush medicine, symbolising the healing and spiritual wisdom of Adnyamathanha culture.
